1. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of Texas.

• Entrants must follow @BellaireBloom on Instagram at the time of entry and at the time of winner selection.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. Entry Period

• The giveaway begins on November 1, 2025, and ends on November 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM Houston Time.

• Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To qualify for entry:

1. Follow @BellaireBloom on Instagram.

2. Like and share the giveaway post.

3. Tag at least two friends in the comments. 

4. For an additional entry : Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @BellaireBloom.

Incomplete or spam entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize Details

Ink & Bloom Premium Experience by Bellaire Bloom — a combined Henna + Floral Bar setup for up to 10 guests, lasting approximately 4–5 hours total.

• The experience will take place on a mutually agreed-upon date within 3 months of winner announcement.

• Approximate retail value: $1000

• No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Bellaire Bloom’s discretion.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

• Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be announced on November 14, 2025, after 7:00 PM Houston Time via Instagram.

• The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Event Terms

• The Ink & Bloom Premium Experience includes setup, decorative floral bar elements, and basic henna/ink artwork.

• Customization level of hand art or henna designs will depend on the number of attendees. 

• The total duration of the event (including setup and breakdown) will not exceed 4 hours.

• Setup and décor may vary from promotional photos based on venue, theme, or available floral materials.

• The event must take place within the Greater Houston area unless otherwise approved.

• Winner is responsible for providing a suitable location and accessible setup area.

7. Additional Rules

• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for cash.

• Bellaire Bloom reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to weather, venue conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Bellaire Bloom assumes no liability for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or damages arising from henna, ink, or floral products.

• By entering, participants grant Bellaire Bloom permission to use their name, image, and photos from the event for promotional purposes on social media and marketing materials.

• This giveaway is not sponsored.

8. General Conditions

Bellaire Bloom reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these Terms, or engaging in any fraudulent activity. Decisions made by Bellaire Bloom regarding eligibility and prize distribution are final.

• Rescheduling policy: no rescheduling permitted.

• Expiration date: Prize must be used within 3 months of announcement.

• Liability waiver: For participants receiving henna art, acknowledging possible allergies/sensitivities.
